Members

Membership at Forest Hills is fantastic value for money and we have a number of membership categories, from 7 day to off-peak and country. The main benefits of membership include the many and various competitions that can be played here, as well as the reserved tee times on Saturday and Sunday mornings and the ability to check and book your tee time directly using our on line system, BRS.

We also have a 10% discount on drinks from the bar for members and a reciprocal arrangement with other clubs around the Midlands, where our members can go and play for no charge, although a meal should be purchases.

Membership is quite sociable with our senior section playing twice a week, ladies group lessons on a Thursday, club night on Tuesday evenings during the summer  months, teams in a variety of leagues, monthly members suppers, as well as our more formal Club dinners.

Societies

A large number of Societies enjoy playing here at Forest Hills where we strive to make Society days run smoothly with a number of delicious food options and help with ‘nearest the pin’ and ‘longest drive’ competitions. To help plan a Society Day the pro shop has a number of prize packages available to order in advance.
Our Society information and pricing can he viewed here.

Visitors

Local residents and visitors can pay a green fee and play at Forest Hills and then enjoy a drink and meal afterwards, on the balcony if its sunny. We have an email list of golfers and if it is quiet we’ll send round a special offer.

Golf Days

Forest Hills is very well set up for larger golf days. The Course is perfect, feedback from the PGA who hold matches and events here is that they like the Course as the length is good and it is kept is excellent condition by our greenkeeping team. Our clubhouse is very spacious and known for its delicious Carvery meals – perfect for golfers coming off the Course every 10 minutes or so. The large balcony outside the golfers bar overlooks the 18th fairway and green, so golfers can see competitors finishing their round.

We have written a brochure about how to set up and run a golf day, including getting more players and raising money for Charity. It is FREE to download and can be accessed here.
